FAQ

Shipping fresh chocolate in the warmer months requires a little more attention than in the cooler months. We try our best to ensure chocolates arrive safe and sound during the heat:
•We will send the chocolate in foil insulated bag with dry ice cubes
•To keep your chocolate from being in transit over the weekend, we do not ship on Fridays Saturdays, Sundays or a day before public holidays.
•During periods of extreme heat, we will hold off on sending your order out and will notify you by email when it will be dispatched.
•We recommend that some one is present to accept the delivery of chocolates. If you are at work you may give the work address to accept the delivery and store in a cool place.

As the chocolates are made fresh, please allow 3-4 working days for dispatch

Chocolates should be stored in a cool dry place. Ideal temperature for storing chocolates is between 18 to 22 degrees C
We do not recommend storing chocolates in refrigerator but if you have to store them please store them in airtight container covered with cling wrap.

Chocolate is temperature sensitive.temperature variations during transport can cause some of the cocoa butter to rise to the surface of the chocolate . The whiteness is nothing more than cocoa butter or sugar crystals coming to the surface of the chocolate in response to temperature changes. This will not alter the taste in any way No refund is offered for this type of dissatisfaction. This does not affect the flavor or quality of the chocolate but is just a cosmetic issue.

Allegen Advice

We do not add any dairy products or animal based products in our chocolates.  We use real chocolate couverture from Europe. They do not add any dairy/animal products to the chocolate but process the chocolate in the same facility which processes dairy, nuts etc. People with high allergy levels may not consume it.

Returns and Exchanges 

Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns or allow exchanges. However please send us an email if you have any issues.
